Rescued's Return & Refund Policy

At Rescued, we want to provide apparel with purpose — clothing that reflects faith and inspires bold living. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right.

ALL WORN RETURNS ARE DONATED TO THE NEEDY :)

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and worn apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? We’ll cover the exchange shipping for your first exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [hello@rescued.me] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [hello@rescued.me] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Drop off your package, and we’ll handle the rest.
